Where will the Exhibit Hall be?
Orchard Conference Center lobby area. Located at California State University Northridge (CSUN). See photo below.
Can my agency, business, or organization exhibit at DIC5?
DIC5 is a unique DEAF-centered space created to celebrate Deaf identity, culture, and professional engagement. To maintain this focus, all exhibitors must have a Deaf representative present. We warmly welcome your organization’s Deaf staff to participate and engage with our community.
Are sponsorship opportunities available?
Yes! Please check out our Sponsor Page. When you sponsor one of our tier packages, an exhibit booth is included. Thank you for your interest and generous support!
What is the deadline for exhibit booth registration?
May 15, 2026.
As an Exhibitor, can I attend workshops and sessions?
No. If you are interested in attending workshops, you must also purchase conference registration.
What kind of Exhibit Booths are there?
Half table: $250 — includes one (1) chair and will be shared with another company/business.
Full table: $500 — includes a full table and two (2) chairs.
The fees cover the cost of renting the space, tables, and chairs. All exhibitors will also receive lunch, beverages, and snacks throughout the three-day event. We believe these costs are reasonable, and at the same time, your participation helps support Deaf interpreters and our community.
