PAH! Registration is open for DIC5! Registration includes: opening evening reception, breakfasts and lunches, breaks, closing ceremony gala luncheon, full access to workshops, sessions, and exhibits, and the opportunity to earn CEU/ACET.
Registration Process
STEP 1
REGISTER
Fill out the conference registration form.
STEP 2
After the Registration form, you will be redirected to the Zeffy payment platform to complete the payment and secure your registration.
PAYMENT
STEP 3
After payment is received, a confirmation email and
e-Ticket will be sent from the DIC5 Registration Team.
CONFIRMATION
STEP 4
Once your registration and payment are confirmed, you will receive additional updates by email.

Admission Rates
After May 1, 2026, NO REFUNDS will be issued for any registration.
DIC5 is an ALL-inclusive conference experience.
Your registration includes:
Opening evening reception
Nine meals
Daily coffee breaks
Closing ceremony luncheon
Full access to all workshops, sessions, and exhibits
The opportunity to earn CEUs/ACET
We also want to ensure participation is accessible. Attendees may:
Purchase day passes instead of the full week
Apply for scholarship
Request that VR or their employer fund their registration
(see Justification Letters below)
Installment Plans
If you choose the installment plan for Regular Registration ($750), please note the following:
Installment Breakdown:
OPTION A: March Start: 4 payments of $187.50 (March 1, April 1, May 1, June 1)
OPTION B: April Start: 3 payments of $250 (April 1, May 1, June 1)
The first installment can be made anytime before March 1 to secure your registration.
The first installment secures your registration and is considered a non-refundable deposit.
To confirm attendance, all installments must be completed by June 1, 2025.
Registrations with incomplete payments after this date will be canceled, and any payments made will be non-refundable and non-transferable.
Refund Policy

We’ve secured a hotel block at the Hyatt Regency Downtown Riverside.
Attendees are responsible for their own transportation.
